Rafael Nadal to play Charity Match at Real Madrid



The 10-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal will play a charity match in Real Madrid’s stadium, where he wants to help Real Madrid Foundation and the Rafa Nadal Foundation.

Former World No. 1 Rafael Nadal has committed to take part in the Charity match, which it is going to play in his favorite soccer club Real Madrid’s stadium. Real Madrid will be celebrating the 110th anniversary of his favorite soccer club and the Charity match will be play on 14th July at Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabeu stadium.

The World No. 2 Rafael Nadal is very excited to participate in the Charity event and will put his 100 percent efforts to help the people by the Real Madrid Foundation and the Rafa Nadal Foundation. The Charity match earning will go directly to the Real Madrid Foundation and the Rafa Nadal Foundation. Nadal’s Charity match opponent has not yet decided, where the Charity event officials will announce soon at the end of this month.

25-year-old Nadal will play next ATP tournament at 2012 BNP Paribas Masters, schedule to kick off on Monday 5th March at the at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells. Nadal has lost 2011 BNP Paribas Masters championship final to his rival Novak Djokovic in three sets with a 4–6, 6–3, 6–2.
