Rafael Nadal arrives in Indian Wells

The 10-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal has arrived in Indian Wells last night, where he will take part in the 2012 BNP Paribas Open championship this week.

World No. 2 Rafael Nadal, who had received the keys of his new Villa in Residential Playa Nueva Romana in the Dominican Republic on Sunday 4th March.

25-year-old Nadal has posted a message on his Facebook wall that, he has arrived last night in Indian Wells, after a long journey from the Dominican Republic and having some food along with team in a restaurant. Nadal has been seeded as No. 2, ahead of the five-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic as No. 1 seed at the 2012 BNP Paribas Open, an ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event on the 2012 ATP World Tour, being played on outdoor hard courts from 7th March.

Former World No. 1 Nadal said he has been training hard for the past few weeks, where he is going to play hard to win the first ATP title of the 2012 season. Spaniard, who was playing first ATP World Tour match here in Indian Wells, since losing 2012 Australian Open final by Champion Novak Djokovic in tough five sets at Rod Laver Arena in January.
