Rafael Nadal arrives in Roland Garros


Rafael Nadal has arrived in Paris along with his team on Thursday 22nd May to defend 2014 French Open, which will take place on outdoor clay courts in Roland Garros from 25th May.
13-time singles Grand Slam winner Rafael Nadal has begin first training session along with his coach Toni Nadal on Thursday, immediately after arriving here in Paris. Nadal has been working hard on clay court hitting some shots all around the court in Roland Garros. Spaniard is looking forward to play high level tennis to clinch French Open crown for ninth time in his career.


Rafael Nadal had joined along with fellow players Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, Stan Wawrinka and Andy Murray in Paris and he also participates in the player’s party on Thursday evening. Spaniard had meet 17-time singles Grand Slam winner Serena Williams during players party near Eiffel Tower.
Nadal is going to work along with South African Kevin Anderson on Philippe Chatrier in Paris and hopes to prepare well for the upcoming challenge in French open. Nadal, who had struggled a bit with his form in Rome Masters, he is aiming to bounce back to old form to defend French Open crown. French Open 2014 Draw will announce on Friday evening in Roland Garros, where Nadal and Serena Williams are going to take part in the draw ceremony.
