Rafael Nadal working with Portuguese Frederico Silva



Rafael Nadal, the 10-time Grand Slam champion has been training along with Portuguese Frederico Silva in Manacor on Thursday 16th February, after cold storm passed the city.

The World No. 2 Rafael Nadal has posted a message on his Facebook wall that, he has been working with 16-year-old Portuguese young tennis player Frederico Silva on hard courts in Manacor. Nadal has been preparing well for the upcoming ATP tournament in Indiana Wells in California, which will begin from 5th March at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells.

The former World No. 1 Nadal also worked with Spanish young tennis star Albert Alcaraz his coach Alvaro last week, before cold storm hit the Mallorca city last week. Nadal has thanked Alcaraz and Alvaro for spending a great week along with him in training session and hopes to work again with them in future. Nadal will play first ATP tournament here in Indiana Wells, after losing 2012 Australian Open championship finals agaisnt World No. 1 Novak Djokovic in thrilling five sets match with a 7-5, 4-6, 2-6, 7-6, 5-7.

The 25-year-old Nadal to play in the Spain’s Davis Cup quarter finals agaisnt Austria, schedule to begin on 5th April in Spain said coach and Uncle Toni Nadal.
